Walnut and Japanese Fir Sideboard

Edward Wormley designed this handsome sideboard, model 671A, for Dunbar in 1953. The case features Japanese fir panels that contrast with the walnut frame. Two top drawers, one of which is divided, open with round bronze pulls. Behind the four sliding doors are four adjustable maple shelves and two pullout trays. The entire piece sits on a leather-paneled plinth. Metal Dunbar label inside drawer.
