GE-240 Lounge Chair

Hans Wegner designed this lounge chair, model GE240, for GETAMA in 1955. The gently curved armrests of the solid oak frame inspired its popular name: the cigar chair. It features the original spring cushions, upholstered in a soft bouclé with contrasting backs.
