George Nelson designed this modern desk for Herman Miller in the late 1950s. A steel frame supports a beautifully grained mahogany top cantilevered at one end and, on the other, a small case housing three drawers with J-shaped pulls.

been expertly refinished;
light rust spots on the legs
and one pull has a repair.
