Steel and Glass LC6 Table

By Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret & Charlotte Perriand

Italy, 1990s
Designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, & Charlotte Perriand for the Salon d'Autumne of 1929, the LC6 table features a mitred black powder-coated steel base on which floats a rectangle of glass. The height of the table base can be adjusted upward by two inches. The result: pure clarity of line and proportion. Manufactured by Cassina, this is a later production from the nineties.
